About the role
We are looking for a Digital Marketeer to own and scale OGB’s digital marketing engine, with a strong focus on email marketing, retention and performance.

In this role, you work closely with the Senior E-commerce Manager and act as the link between owned channels, paid media and external partners. You are responsible for translating commercial goals into smart, effective digital campaigns across the full customer lifecycle.

  • Own the email marketing strategy and execution across the full customer journey

  • Drive customer retention, repeat purchase and CLTV through lifecycle marketing

  • Work closely with the Senior E-commerce Manager to align campaigns, launches and performance goals

  • Coordinate paid social and Google Ads in collaboration with our external marketing agency

  • Ensure digital channels support growth, conversion and brand consistency

Key Responsibilities
Email & CRM (Core ownership)

  • Own end-to-end email marketing strategy and execution (Klaviyo)

  • Build and optimise lifecycle flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, reactivation)

  • Plan and execute campaign-based email marketing aligned with launches and promotions

  • Continuously optimise performance based on open rates, CTR, conversion and revenue

Paid media & channel alignment

  • Act as the internal owner of Paid Social and Google Ads

  • Brief, challenge and collaborate with the external performance marketing agency

  • Align paid media planning with e-commerce trading and campaign calendars

  • Monitor performance and translate insights into clear optimisations and actions

Data, performance & optimization

  • Analyse digital performance across channels and customer journeys

  • Work with Shopify and Klaviyo data to improve segmentation and personalisation

  • Report on key digital KPIs and share insights with the e-commerce and leadership teams

Collaboration & execution

  • Collaborate closely with E-commerce, Creative, CRM and Customer Care

  • Ensure messaging, offers and timing are consistent across all digital touchpoints

  • Support testing initiatives across email, paid media and landing pages

Profile

  • 3-6+ years of experience in digital marketing within a D2C environment

  • Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Shopify

  • Proven experience driving email marketing performance and retention growth

  • Familiarity with CRO, A/B testing and customer journey optimisation

  • Solid understanding of paid social and Google Ads (hands-on or agency-led)

  • Data-driven, structured and commercially minded

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and with external partners

  • Thrives in a fast-growing, ambitious brand environment

Nice to have

  • Experience in beauty, fashion or FMCG

  • Experience with international D2C brands
