Olcay Gulsen Beauty is a fast-growing beauty brand with bold international ambitions. Alongside our D2C e-commerce channel, we work with a growing network of national and international retailers, both online and offline.

To support our international expansion, we are strengthening our commercial marketing team with a Trade Marketeer who takes ownership of visibility, activations and growth across our retail partners.

About the Role

We are looking for an (Online) Trade Marketeer to drive brand visibility, commercial impact and growth across all retail channels.

In this role, you are the key link between OGB and our retail partners. You take initiative, develop strong co-marketing activations and ensure OGB stands out across online platforms and in-store environments internationally.

  • Own visibility and activation across all online and offline retail partners
  • Develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with brand and commercial goals
  • Initiate and manage co-marketing activations with international retailers
  • Act as the commercial marketing point of contact for retail partners

Key responsibilities

Retail & Trade Marketing

  • Ensure strong brand presence across retailer websites, platforms and in-store touchpoints
  • Asset Management: Managing and creating trade marketing materials (presentations, POS, digital assets) for retailers
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Launch plans from concept to execution, ensuring seamless cross-functional delivery
  • Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns, launches and promotional activations
  • Manage retailer calendars and ensure timely execution of agreed initiatives
  • Translate brand campaigns into effective retail executions

Platform & Partner Management

  • Manage relationships with international retail platforms and marketplaces
  • Optimise brand pages, content, banners and visibility across platforms
  • Identify growth opportunities per partner and market

Co-ops & Partnerships

  • Proactively initiate co-op opportunities with international retailers
  • Develop joint marketing plans and manage co-op budgets
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns on time

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Digital and Sales teams
  • Reports to the Marketing Operations Manager and Sales Manager
  • Align retail initiatives with broader brand, campaign and launch planning
  • Track performance and report on trade marketing impact and learnings

Profile

  • 3-6+ years of experience in trade marketing, online retail or channel marketing
  • Experience working with online and/or offline retailers, preferably internationally
  • Strong commercial mindset with a hands-on, proactive approach
  • Experience managing co-op campaigns and retailer marketing agreements
  • Organized, structured and comfortable managing multiple partners and markets
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience in beauty, fashion or FMCG
  • Experience with international marketplaces or platforms
