About the role

We are looking for a Senior E-commerce Manager to own and scale OGB.com end-to-end. This is a pivotal, hands-on role at the heart of the organisation, responsible for driving performance, optimising our Shopify Plus platform and unlocking growth opportunities across the full customer journey.

You combine strategic thinking with strong execution, know how to lead a team, and thrive in a fast-moving D2C environment where e-commerce is the main business.

  • Full ownership of OGB.com: revenue, conversion, UX, performance and customer experience.

  • Define and execute the e-commerce roadmap aligned with business goals.

  • Identify and unlock growth opportunities across the full customer journey.

  • Act as the e-commerce lead and strategic sparring partner to leadership.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the Shopify Plus environment end-to-end.

  • Lead on-site commerce, CRO, launches, campaigns and merchandising.

  • Drive performance through data, insights and continuous optimisation.

  • Manage apps, integrations, themes and new feature rollouts.

  • Ensure the platform supports growth, international expansion and operational efficiency.

  • Translate analytics into clear actions and priorities.

  • Own e-commerce reporting and insights (Shopify analytics, GA4, dashboards).

  • Present clear performance updates and recommendations to leadership.

  • Align forecasts, stock planning and campaign plans with operations and finance.

  • Lead, motivate and align the e-commerce and digital team.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Paid Media.

Profile

  • 5+ years of senior e-commerce experience in a D2C environment.

  • Deep, hands-on expertise with Shopify Plus.

  • Proven experience scaling an e-commerce business with a commercial mindset.

  • Experience with international e-commerce growth.

  • Strong understanding of CRO, UX, customer journeys and on-site performance.

  • Data-driven, but pragmatic. You know when to analyse and when to act.

  • Natural leadership skills: you bring structure, clarity and motivation.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, ambitious brand environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in beauty, fashion or FMCG.

  • Experience with international e-commerce growth.

  • Familiarity with subscription models, loyalty or CRM-driven growth.
